Niche Food Group now includes four restaurants in St. Louis: creative cocktails at Taste by Niche, French bistro fare at Brasserie by Niche, approachable Italian at Pastaria, and his latest venture, Sardella, a seasonal, fun restaurant with a nod to Italy.
