As we collectively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cinder House continues to ensure that guest and employee health and safety remains our top priority. We proud to be apart of an enhanced global health and safety program, LEAD WITH CARE. Upon arrival, there will be a screening procedure that may include temperature check and a few short questions. In accordance with the advice of medical experts and industry best practices, all guests (ages 10 and above) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces on property. Chef Gerard Craft is the executive chef and owner of Niche Food Group in St. Louis, MO. As a Food & Wine Best New Chef, Food & Wine Innovator of the Year, and 2015 James Beard Foundation Award-winning Best Chef: Midwest Craft has been a pioneer for the Midwest dining scene.
Niche Food Group now includes four restaurants in St. Louis: creative cocktails at Taste by Niche, French bistro fare at Brasserie by Niche, approachable Italian at Pastaria, and his latest venture, Sardella, a seasonal, fun restaurant with a nod to Italy. He opened a second location for Pastaria in Nashville, TN in September 2017.
