Mother’s Day Brunch

This Mother’s Day, pamper Mom at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis with an incredible brunch buffet at Cinder House.
On Sunday, May 12, 2019, James Beard Award winning chef Gerard Craft and his team at Cinder House will prepare an impressive assortment of traditional and unique dishes that are sure to delight each member of the family. Feast on specialty stations that include a raw bar with fresh oysters, shrimp and ceviche. Carving stations will feature prime rib, honey glazed ham and snapper roasted with fresh herbs and lemon. Delightful twists on traditional favourites at the dessert station include grilled pineapple cobbler, Samoa brownies, strawberry rhubarb bundt cakes and caramel espresso mousse, just to name a few.
Younger guests can linger over a kid-friendly buffet before making their way to the kids room that includes activities and art supplies, perfect for crafting a unique card just for Mom.
And just for Mother’s Day, a champagne cocktail bar will be available at the Cinder House rooftop bar. Freshly squeezed juices that include grapefruit, orange, strawberry-kiwi and more will be on hand for Mom to start saying, “but first, Mimosas.” Live music by Midlife will further enhance the celebration of day and keep guests entertained as they make their way to the rooftop bar; or snap a family photo in front of the picturesque Gateway Arch and Mississippi River.
