
NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR EASTER BRUNCH WITH SPECIAL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES

This Easter, Cinder House at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis offers a lavish buffet brunch featuring seafood and carving stations, a chef preparing made-to-order omelets, and a waffle bar with all the fixings. There will be an egg hunt and other activities for young guests and a special buffet “Kids Korner” with easy favorites to please petite palates ensures a great time for the whole family.
Guests can graze on a beautiful seafood presentation featuring Smoked Salmon and bagels with all trimmings, Shrimp Cocktail, and Scallop Ceviche. At the elaborate Carving Station choices include: Leg of Lamb, Smoked Brisket, Faroe Island Salmon and Lamb Ribs along with sides of Pomme Puree, Roasted Sweet Potato, Grilled Asparagus, Snap Peas & Carrots, and Hen of the Wood Mushrooms
Guests can choose from breakfast classics, including an Omelet Station, Waffle Bar and Spring Vegetable Quiche. Displays of charcuterie and cheese, a selection of fresh house-made bread and holiday desserts, and fresh fruit round out the abundant offerings. A mixologist will be on hand at the Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar station to create a personally tailored cocktail from a choice of juices and garnishes.
Brunch will be served from 10:00am – 2:00pm on Sunday, April 9, 2023 and costs USD 95 per person, USD 40 for children 8 and younger, while children under 2 are free. For those who opt into the Mimosa and Bloody Mary package, the cost is USD 30. Reservations can be made on Open Table.
