Gerard Craft and Chef de Cuisine Josh Adams have prepared an exquisite three-course menu, with surprises throughout. The first course features the option of a low temp farm fresh egg, leeks, hearts of palm and leek marmalade; or a composed beet salad with hibiscus, amaranth, cress and avocado. Enjoy grilled big eye tuna with fennel, hemp granola and aji verde, or grilled prime ribeye with Brazil nut polenta, bone marrow chimichurri and jus for the second course; followed by a molten chocolate cake with dulce de leche, or an almond cake with fresh blood oranges.
Cinder House will be offering this special three-course dinner for USD 70 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Offer provides two glasses of sparkling wine upon arrival and a special takeaway gift at the end of the meal, compliments of Chef Craft. The Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu will be available on February 13 to 15, 2020 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Cinder Bar will also be open with its usual bar menu over these dates.
