TACO TUESDAY AT CINDER BAR

This summer, St. Louis’ favourite outdoor rooftop venue Cinder Bar offers a full line-up of events and exciting offerings to complement its panoramic views of the iconic Gateway Arch and majestic Mississippi. Taco Tuesdays bring a fun summer vibe to the al fresco hot spot located on the eighth floor of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis and create a reason to celebrate any night of the week.
Starting May 1, 2023, guests will enjoy handcrafted tacos by the award-winning Cinder House culinary team, which, of course, pair perfectly with the special selection of Margarita cocktails. The taco menu offers a tasty choice of Smoked Pork Carnitas, Mahi Mahi, and Falafel fillings, and are USD 12 for two tacos. In addition to classic Margaritas, guests can also choose a spicy option or fresh fruit flavours including watermelon, berry, peach, and mango. Margaritas are USD 14 per cocktail. Available through the end of summer season in October.
Seasonal Craft Cocktail Menu
Open seven nights a week, Cinder Bar is the perfect spot to enjoy cocktails while the sun sets over the downtown skyline. The lushly landscaped patio features tables and plush seating nestled around a fountain and fire pit illuminated by twinkling bistro lights.
Our summer craft cocktail menu features the fresh flavours of summer, such as a Lychee Basil Gimlet, Peruvian Punch, and the French Bramble, which uses blackberry and raspberry infused botanical gin as a base for a balanced blend of tart and sweet. Apropos of the setting, the aptly named Rooftop Rumble along with the Black Manhattan, mix rye and bitters with other ingredients for a smooth profile. Served in an elegant coupe glass, the Make You Blush is sure to be a summer favourite with its pretty blush hue and subtle blend of rose infused vodka, Aperol, elderflower, and prosecco. There are also wines by the glass and a handpicked selection of local craft beers.
The bar’s food menu created by the culinary team of the award-winning Cinder House restaurant, includes some South American influenced options, such as Jalea – Crispy Shrimp & Squid, Brazilian Cheese Pastels, and Smoked Pork Carnitas Tacos. These are offered alongside snacking favourites such as the Chef’s Selection Charcuterie Board and Onion Dip with Scallion, Chive Oil, and Potato Chips.
