Cinder House guests are invited to feast on an autumn-inspired dinner special while taking in views of the picturesque Gateway Arch and downtown skyline. Prepared by Josh Adams, Chef de Cuisine and the culinary team, the plated dinner special features wood-roasted duck breast, butternut squash, black sesame, brazil nut crumble and an orange piri piri glaze for $38 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are available on Thursday, November 26, 2020 from 5:00 to 9:30 pm and can be made by calling 314-881-5759. Physically distanced tables are available inside of Cinder House restaurant with limited outdoor seating that provides overhead heating.
Take the stress out of at-home celebrations with Thanksgiving To-Go, artfully prepared by Chef Joseph Simonic and the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. For $390, at-home hosts can take advantage of the Thanksgiving To-Go option that serves 10 guests. Hosting less than 10 guests this year? Each to-go order includes a dozen fresh rolls and a recipe from Chef Simonic for enjoying leftovers the following day. After all, a spread this delicious is best enjoyed more than once.
All orders are fully cooked and placed in heat-proof pans to easily serve or reheat. Thanksgiving To-Go is available for pick-up in the Hotel valet area on Thursday, November 26, 2020 between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
