This Father’s Day, let us help spoil the father and father figures in your life with the ultimate tomahawk steak dinner. Parlaying the ease of a backyard barbecue, Chefs Gerard Craft and Peter Slay put South American inspired grilling techniques to work on Saturday, June 19th and Sunday June 20th.

Dine alfresco on the expansive outdoor patio or relax in a comfortable and sophisticated environment that provides a beautiful backdrop for an exceptiosnal meal. The ultimate tomahawk steak dinner features a 36oz prime tomahawk steak, served with wood fired broccolini, twice baked Yukon potatoes and choice of a pint of draft beer for $96 (excluding tax and gratuity); further enhance the meal with the addition of Foie Gras for $21.

The tomahawk steak special will be available on Saturday, June 19th and Sunday, June 20th from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and  5:00 pm – 10:00 pm (9:00 pm on Sunday). Make a reservation online or by calling Cinder House at 314-881-5759, quantities are limited. Cinder House a la carte menu is also available both evenings.

Goodbye 2020! hello 2021. Make the evening pop by ringing in the New Year at Cinder House. Chef Gerard Craft, Josh Adams and the Cinder House team are offering an exclusive 4-couse dinner that draws inspiration from a different South American country for each course.

  1. The first course celebrates Venezuela with a farm egg, chicken skin, caviar, potato, coriander and parm brodo.
  2. The second course highlights Columbia with octopus caldereta, cream corn, avocado mousse, patacone and fresh chives.
  3. Argentina shines in the third course with Wagyu zabuton steak, honeynut squash, dried plum, white truffle and jus.
  4. Inspired by Chilean desserts, the fourth features a poached pear, grape compote, rose gelee and black pepper ice cream.

Dinner is available from 5:00pm – 10:00pm for $95.00 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).

Wine, champagne and cocktail pairings are also available, the  night of. As a reminder – Due to Covid 19 city ordinance we are not able to allow consumption of alcohol after 11:00pm in Cinder House.
